Commercialization by Perrigo was indeed "out of our control" -- certainly to the extent that Tabwrap wasn't finished then, which is pretty basic. It is now. In addition, their exclusivity was (is?) for OTC in the US only, and Dexo's expertise, according to the announcement, is in "registering and marketing innovative branded products into the French healthcare system." The announcement also states that Crescent "supplies a wide range of generic and OTC medicines in the UK." I see complementary initiatives (also accretive if all goes according to plan), not one replacing another.

Furthermore, it's been made clear that RT/DF intended to renegotiate virtually everything. Perhaps the Perrigo arrangement has already been renegotiated and amended, since P never built a tabwrap machine and Innomech took over the production of same from HH.

There's still much we don't know.
