scrappycat, the other point I would make is that DF and RT know doubt see this as an opportunity to make a name for themselves in the City, DF has said this to me and others on this board. I believe as many other do that they have played the whole thing down for the last 8 months or so. There is no doubt in my mind that information could have been released which would have helped confidence and the SP, which maybe would have put us back on the radar so to speak. The outlook was pretty bleak, remember DF told us that it could have been game, set and match by August, not exactly attractive for a potential predator, and who knows maybe they where hoping that our technologies could have been picked up for a lot less! Apart from superb research from people on this site we have been very much in the dark. The impact of the trading update has been massive in terms of perception of the management.They deserve a lot of praise and they have played it very well indeed. IMHO the risk/ reward profile has been very much reduced, and we still have a market cap of only 70 million. At £2.50 the market cap is still only 300 million.
So basically the crap has been sorted out, the management have taken the grief, and we could well be into a profit situation in 2006. If I was a predator this would know be a more attractive proposition.
Pure speculation on my part.
