madmanc, I guess that you're right about the bird-in-the-hand. That would make sense that BPRG offer all-stock, Dexo said no, we want E8m cash and BPRG gave in and needed to goto the market to get that money, which unforunately takes place at a lower price thanks to our good friends the mm's. RT does seem to look out for us as shareholders and does run a tight ship so I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that going to the market was his last resort to close the deal. I was just wondering is anyone had any other ideas of why this was. Thanks.

Hambi, I agree with you that issuing the update first and then the fundraising would have resulted in a higher SP for the fundraising. The only reason I can see for lumping them together is as a favour to the institution who took the shares. Right off the bat, he sitting on profit which is nice for him, and may be a way that RT is trying to secure some long-term holding institution so that we PIs don't control the SP so much. Though on the face of it, it worse for shareholder, in the long run, it's better for shareholder to add stability to the SP which I beleive that RT is looking for. That's my guess anyways.

As for farmasierra, we do not deal with them anymore directly. They are now the supplier to FMC so I doubt that we'll ever hear anything about them from BPRG management as we're not directly connected to them anymore. It's up to FMC to report on any news there. Also, in that regard, I think that RT will leave it entirely in FMC hands as to news about NRobe as they are really the owners and lead party of it. We have essentially fulfilled our role of providing a machine, afterwhich we just sit back and collect a royalty. That's the impression that I get so again, I'm unconvinced that we'll hear anything further on that front. I am sure though that FMC are working away like mad to get RNobe ready for commercial launch this coming summer.
