Cresent is a generics manufacturer similar to Perrigo but smaller. With them, and though Dexo Biogenerics, we/they will now offer their clients the chance to use our technologies to improve their products. We've essentially set-up our own contract manufacturing facility (same that Cardinal does with Wyeth) and at a cost of 24.9% of the business, we'll have Cresent run the joint. But we make 75% of the profits. Sounds like a win-win-win-win-can't-lose situation to me.
