I don't think that there is any significance in it from BPRG point of view. It seems to me that RT only updated on matters which he wanted too. It was a full update and we still do not know what the film supply strategy is. I was hoping for that in this update but it's not there. I think that RT will refrain from any comments or expectation with regards to the cc. Being a lawyer himself, I'm sure that he's well aware that ANYTHING can happen in the courts so he doesn't want to end up with egg on his face if he seems too optimistic. That said, I'm sure that he is quietly optimistic that we'll prevail in the end, whenever that is. That's my opinion FWIW.
