jan-mar, with regrads to the options, you are correct. My bad. I had it mixed up in my head. But my point still holds that I personally would not use the options strike prices as any indication of SP for March or any month for that matter.
Chester2, it's possible for the cc to drag on further past january and it's not reasonable to delay the BN indefinately as Bio have several other revenues streams which are completely independant of Swallo (the only technology affected by the cc). NRobe, Wafertab and Tabwrap are all going into commercializion in 2006 so it would be imperative to get the BN out to explain/value/promote these technologies. I'm confident that the BN will come in January.
