Unique New Capsule Making Process

Ingel Technologies has developed an new and economic alternative to gelatine capsules. This new process for making pharmaceutical and nutracutical soft gell capsules has made production much faster and more economic.

The technology is the subject of an agreement with Cardinal Health Inc, listed as one of the Fortune 500 largest companies in the USA.

A pilot scale machine capable of producing large batch sizes for stability and clinical trials is complete and installed in premises designed for pharmaceutical capsule manufacture. Work is continuing to develop the optimum processing conditions.
