From my cursory glance at the Inyx website, it seems that their own delivery niche in with inhalers and aerosols. Therefore, they're not direct competitors to bprg. Their "side" business which provides them with cash flow is contract manufacturing and bprg will effectively take advantage of this capacity by placing the tabwrap machine there. This keep bprg overheads and capital cost in tight control while still having the use of a fully certified cgmp facility to run production batches. Seems like a very good move on RT's part.

INYX PHARMA LIMITED
Inyx Pharma, which serves markets in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, is based in Runcorn, Cheshire, near Manchester, England. Inyx Pharma operates a 60,000-square foot manufacturing facility and 15,000-square foot laboratory site. These facilities are ISO 9001 accredited, meet cGMP standards, and compliant with FDA, Canadian and European regulatory bodies. Inyx Pharma specializes in the development and production of metered dose inhalers, nasal and oral sprays, saline and topical sprays, and hydrocarbon foam pharmaceutical products.

They already have the tablet presses and all related system to feed the tabwrap machines with cores:

"We are able to produce up to 2 billion tablets and capsules each and we have the following:

* A contained granulation process for both solvent and aqueous formulations.
* Computer controlled compression machines capable of producing up to 200,000 tablets per hour.
* Film tablet coating areas able to process aqueous and solvent formulations as well as sugar coating.
* Specialized facilities for handling potent and steroid materials.
* A pilot plant development facility to replicate full-scale process.
* Specialist packaging equipment enabling us to pack into a wide range of formats and materials including cold form.

Notice the mention of aqueous solutions and this quote from the CEO of INYX from the RNS, "We look forward to a growing collaboration with BioProgress." That sounds like he's interested in Swallo as well....when that machine is ready.

I think that this development is very significant in that it clearly answers the questions about how bprg was going to produce product for both itself and its TTP clients. It will all be contract manufacturer through INYX. This strategy allows for control of costs by not have to actually own the tablet presses and packing machines, while still allowing for expandability as volumes increase. It'll be a simple matter to add further machines to the site. I'm very impressed that RT has gone this route, and is one that can be applied to the other technologies as well, like Swallo. This should give the TTPs confidence that their orders for Tabwrapped blockbuster products will be filled and delivered.
