I hope not. All of the external factors are going BFC's way. The ONLY problem is BFC itself - they took a bet that (1) they could get the plant working by April 05 and that (2) oil prices might fall!
They could survive either the hedge contract or the delay in getting the plant working. Neither of those can be blamed on anyone other than BFC's directors - maybe they are not personnaly responsible for the delay but their monitoring of plant contruction and commissioning has been woefully inadequate.
