I think JP added. As I didn't seem them as major shareholders i.e. having interest in more than 3% before. Raising to 4% seems a lot. But one should be assured anyway that the company is up and running well for management bought a good slice of stock with market price recently. That means at least the company is not going into troubles in a year. If you look at its chief competitor, especially Veolia UK, then you'll see which one has which advantages in which areas. I am holding this for long. I try not to be influenced by institutions or experts. Amvescamp off-loaded all its Biff shares, but in a matter of days JP came on board.
