In an updated Chairman's statement, Fred Weinert, wrote in relation to Bella's
flagship project at Springfield, Missouri, USA:

"The planned expansion of this complex will add the Bella Films 350 seat - 3D
IMAX Theatre plus additional museum exhibits as well as a Conservation
Educational Centre. Recently, Bass Pro hired a group of well respected theme
park designers to maximize the site as a destination attraction. As a result of
their recommendations, Bass Pro has decided to incorporate further improvements
into the design including a magnificent common area space to be the connector of
the IMAX, the Museum and the Bass Pro store. This space is also planned to have
live animal and fish exhibits with streams of water to further draw customers
into the area.

Additionally, the Museum has put together a 15 month Public Relations plan to
build excitement amongst their conservation partners and outdoorsmen on a
National Basis, all leading up to a targeted grand opening of the new museum
exhibits and the IMAX cinema now scheduled to occur in March 2007."
