I don't go with herd mentality
So here is another call that probably won't go down well.
I think the AUS market has blown up too much this year, going parabollic as the year ended.
I think 2005 will see a 20% fall.
Reason, the average Aussie has borrowed on his house to invest in the stock market to the tune of circa 19months of annual wage.
Falling property values will mean they will sell their investments soon and at the same time
