This is a clip from today's Daily Mail...............
Collins Stewart rose to 307p, as it edged forward
to the purchase of Internet Media, whose price closed unchanged at 7 1/2p.
All the benefit goes to Collins Stewart and none to NMS!!!
I wonder...... How do NMS directors feel about this...Why do I get the distinct impression that this is what the NMS Directors want to see?
I keep getting the urge to ask the SFA to look at the history of trading over the last 6 months in NMS but I suspect that they havent the resources nor the incentive,
to give a shyt!!!
The smaller the companies concerned and the less they act in a manner that forces the SFA to take note.....the less the SFA's concern!!!
Share transaction histories such as the one we are seeing have the potential to reflect the uglier face of capitalism......all parties working together, within the laws of COMPLIANCE....to "legally" achieve their interests
where the benafit to the small shareholder, is doubtful
and a certain "Fait Accomplis".
