ASR - Outstanding recovery play.. my tip of the year

i have a query in that i sent my check to capita on the 17th of dec which was a wednesday, as i received the placing letter etc from noble and company ltd the day before, knowing that all cheques had to be received by 10.15am on the 19th hoping that was sufficient time. I then rang Noble ltd on the 23rd to make sure i had my full allocation where upon i was told that i had and after asking, was told that i could sell them there and then for a 20%gain(which ihad no intention of doing).Then earlier today a fellow holder wrote the telephone number of capita so i thought i would ring them to find out if we would be receiving the certificates by the 7th. I was then told by not the most knowledgeable person that as yet i wasnt on the registrars list but to ring up on monday as she will be able to tell me more then. I suppose another way i could find out is to see if the cheque i have sent off has been cashed but unfortunately wont be able to do that until monday. I will be severely cheesed off if my cheque has been misplaced or lost as they havent returned it to me either, then thought i would see if any of my learned co holders have rang up to find they are in a similiar situation and if they got a better explanation then i did. There i am thinking i have made a nice little profit today and will be gutted to find that i am not a shareholder when i was told that i was, as if that wasnt the case i would have then definately bought in on the 22nd. Well i will just have to wait till monday!!!!!!
