Since the year end the Company has announced new contracts worth some £2.5
million for delivery in the financial period to 30 June 2004. These include the
contract worth between £1.2m and £1.45m over the next nine months for a new air
traffic control tower at Bahrain International Airport and two contracts for the
Ministry of Defence and Kerry Airport with a combined value of over £1.2
million. Work has started on all three contracts and together with the £0.5m of
contracts already in-hand, these contracts exceed any previous order book.
The very success and proximity of these contract wins has brought some
logistical and resource challenges. This will inevitably impact on the working
capital requirements of the business in the coming 12 months.
The Board is confident that the company is again operating in a growing market,
and has the contacts that make it well placed to take advantage of the many
opportunities it has secured. Its products are well thought of, its reputation
as a systems designer and installer is established and continues to grow. With
the existing contract wins, an encouraging pipeline of future contracts and a
continuing rigorous review of costs, the Board is confident that the current
year's trading will be a significant improvement on the last year
