Compared with Phulbari I suspect 2.5m is insignificant. When I read the RNS my gut reaction was management buying themselves other work with investors money. My understanding is that AEN raised the money they have for the Phulbari project and if I was a big investor I'd want as much as possible back if it doesnt go ahead. If so, then we might see an investor revolt if they considered their money to be for Phulbari rather than AEN general use.
