Monterico's problem is not simply odd demonstration here and there. Its problem at the moment are:
1. It has no mining licences,
2. Politicians threatening to review the mining policies and make it worse for new commers such as Monterico..
3. BFS (Bankable Feasibility Study) has been delayed many times.
4. Its Enviromental Impact statement did not include the interest of some minority groups in northern Peru who are objecting.
As far as 570p a share is concerned for financing, it is all history now. Financing is done at 450p.
The main reason why SP has droped is not because of Bis rediculous claim of how much a coal power station costs..... it is because GoB having realised the importance of the coal, is trying to update its coal policy before giving any mining licences..this may delay the project, which is already included in the new project time table.
