Apart from the idiot biswell, can anyone here put a cautionary bear case on FA grounds against this share? I'm mostly in cash at the moment but considering parking quite a bit here for the long term rather than pratting around with many another a dodgier prospect.
My bearish considerations:
Coal price weakens - but so what, unless it's going to collapse which I think is about as likely as the run over by a bus thing? Caz's valuation (post-dilution NPV of £11.30)was based on $44.4/t, hardly incautious.
Dilution - anticipated, of course.
Political risk - sure, but how much to discount for this? Seems less to me than many another prospect.
Er.... oh yes, the trillion dollar power station....
Cautionary thoughts appreciated (I don't mean the 'C wave' stuff - suits me fine if it goes down to £4)
