Intersting reading recent posts - pl to see most posters made money in 2006.

2006 was a good year for me making 21% - which multiplied by my 500% gain in 2005 leaves me well pl. 2005 arose from large leveraged AHT exposure. 2006 affected by large leveraged AHT exposure and failure to get out sufficiently promptly offset by a quarter of a mil from a large leveraged RTD position crystalising on takeover anouncement.

Spent quite a bit of my gains - buying big house, getting married and 2 cars.

I expect a sharp correction in 2007 and will be reducing exposure before May - having been caught out 2 years running.

Main bet is on AHT but also ACE and BP.
