True enough but as long as they get the extra amount they need to start production were on our way.
Fundamentally its only a punt and about 5% of my portfolio. I just think there's a big future in the former Soviet republics. I think Putin et al , and the Uzbeks have realised that through co-operation with Western companies improvement can be made.
