I posted (around 4180) that I reckon that they'll finish on the well around 16 - 18 days after spud, plus any testing if they do find hydrocarbons. The primary purpose of the well is data collection, so I built in a signficant log and core program, plsu some trouble time.

They spudded on 16th, so the most likely dates IMHO are 2-4 Jan. But as you point out, announcement for this sort of well could be as early as now, or even into the second week of Jan, especially if there's anything to flow test.

Course, that's only 1 opinion, but I hope it helps.
