Noone can surely afford to have a duplicate warehouse holding duplicate goods with duplicate IT systems etc etc. I am really annoyed at idiots stating that Asos were foolish for not having some backup warehousing strategy. Jeez -if they did all their profits would be spent on a safety mechanism which only seems sensible with blessed hindsight. This is simply an unseen tough luck for all investors and not a cause for ramppantly slagging a good company with good management. Good luck all.
