I'm sure Asos will make good the loss but not the margin. Also, more importantly, customer loyalty is the key to Asos turnaround. If an internet shopper's order is cancelled, it's likely that he or she will try another website and discover some benefits over Asos. However, I feel that NR and his marketing team have done an excellent marketing job on the 18-34 group and most of the existing customers will return. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the AIM simply because IMO there are more traders than investors and we'll be in for a roller coaster ride once the suspension is lifted. All said, Asos will come good and the SP will not dissapoint investors.
