The free market for aru shares can`t be more than 20% of the Co .......... hence in absence of strong institutional buying the free market sp will languish in the low sixties unless the little man ( inc share clubs etc ) sees aru as a good punt or alternatively as a share to get out of and drive the sp up or down accordingly on miniscule trade sizes ............
Realistically the next move in the sp must hang on the strategy adopted by Arla to acquire as many shares as p0ssible thru 3rd parties ahead of a formal bid announcement..........
This could go on for 6- 12m as the implication of the DC news will inevitably be factored into the bid timing
