Security risk group ARC Risk Managements have two key products which are Red24 and Red24Alert. Red24 allows clients to gain information from security experts via the internet or over the telephone to plan for security risks when travelling, with the Red24Alert product providing an insured response wherever that person is in the world.
ARC has signed deals with HSBC and Hiscox. This is expected to raise significantly the revenues derived from the Red24 product and should provide sufficient momentum for the red24 division to reach breakeven within a few months.
The company is looking to raise additional equity capital due to level of interest from the United States and the Asia/Pacific region at an Extraordinary General Meeting at 2.30 p.m. on 22 January
Why I like this company
-----------------------------------
Security risk around the world is becoming more important. The share price hit 2.25 pence on the news of the HSBC contract and have now gone down to an ask price of 1.5 pence.
I have researched the managment in this company and found the directors are dynamic who will strive for further contracts. HSBC is an excellent start.
The company has interest in overseas markets and there is plenty of room for growth.
Shares in issue are 169,210,836 million with a market capital of 2.53 million.
My target price for next year is 5 pence but will update this thread on further information once more details become known.
