((((Let's be clear - Aquiline never knew of Navidad disovery until IMR found it. Gosh, Navidad is IMR's. IMR staked it, IMR drilled it. IMR never was in any JV discussion regarding Navidad. Why can't you people see it. This is the difference between this case and Lac-Corona.))))

Here is what really happened according to testimony:

-AQI didn't know IMR had staked Navidad until they started to examine the BLEG A data. This was approximately 6 months after IMA announced to the world that they had found something.

The AQI geologist identified about 5 potential areas of interest (including Navidad), by processing the raw BLEG A data into their program.

Then they inquired about staking the ground, and lo and behold, they were told that the ground was already staked.

-They did more research and found out IMA had staked it.
At this point they sent the first letter to IMA asking them how they came about to find Navidad
