Someone I work with recently signed a CA with Newmont. The key clause probably reads something like this:

In connection with reviewer's review of the project, Newmont may provide the revoiewer certain financial, operating, technical, geological and other information - the confidential information - concerning the project. Confridential information in this agreement will include all communications, whether writeen, electronically stored or delivered, or oral, of any kind, between the participents relating to the project, any observations made by reviewer during site visits or tours, and any and all information, reports, analyses, studies, compilations, forecasts or other materials prepared by reviewer relating to the project which contains or otherwise reflects such information.

In consideration of Newmont providing confidential infromation to reviewer, the participents agree as follows:

1. Use of confidential information. The participents agree that confidential information provided by Newmont to reviewer will be used by reviewer only for the purpose of the project and that the confidential information will otherwise be kept confidential by reviewer.
