Any Comments about this move by The Chase Manhattan Corporation on ISL

Most of the stuff I know I've got out of the annual reports and snippets i've accumulated along the way (I have other interests in ISL's area), so don't imagine I'll be able to tell you much you don't already know, but AFAIK the key members of the management team are still the original founders, and seem to run a tight ship, and meet market expectations. co established in late 80s with VCF from Flemings, re-focused around internet services led business a few yrs back, took them to float in 87 and until Chase bought in I think Fleming Inv Mgmt still had the biggest single interest, although not sure now.

The one concern I do have is that Broadvision (nasdaq:BVSN), for whom they're a major partner in the UK, seem to be especially way down in the doldrums lately despite excellent results over the last 2 yrs- sure I must have missed something but can't work that one out - obviously if you can shed any light on that would be appreciated
