TGG,
I do not think the market is pricing in the massive increases in production for Argentina in 2006.
Personally I was far more interested in Antrim Energy Inc ploughing money into low cost onshore exploration in Tierra Del Fuego with a Nil Tax incentive.
The Cash generation down there let us say if they increase to 2500 BOEPD at US$50BBL would give them potentially US$45,000,000 pa revenue say C$60,000,000
I really do not understand Juniors throwing money at heavily explored deep expensive exploration targets in the North Sea, which is basically more or less tapped out.
Luckily most of this exploration has cost AEY nothing or very little on Free carries, so I think the market has oversold the stock relative to Net Asset Value and future Argentine revenues.
I do not think I will be investing in any UK North Sea exploration with 50% Petroleum Revenue Taxes and a £2 billion Windfall Tax to HMGovt.
Personally as ever think UK Stockmarket is an avoid, this country is in my opinion uninvestable in.
All the best for 2006, I just wish AEN would cancel their London list it seems such an utter waste of money and a drain on liquidity from the key TSE List.
Wishing everyone apart from the mm thieves a Happy New Year!(;-)0
All IMHO, NAG, DYOR etc
Cheers
Ash:)
