As of December 2004, the Group increased its position to 100% control of its Groundhog and Trefi coal interests in British Columbia, Canada.

Forum Development Corporation

Through its shareholding in Forum Development Corporation, the Group continues to hold its interests in the Merritt coal and coal bed methane projects in British Columbia, Canada. Forum also has interests in a number of other coal bed methane projects in North America, as well as in various potential uranium prospects.
