I don't know that Roy is a P-E employee for a fact. I think that he "strongly hinted" as much during a particularly heated exchange (after having posted his regular "if only you knew" posts for several weeks). This then became a fact, or goatfact, it may well be the case? Certainly, the manner of it's telling suggested it was a real case of "look I should know" sort of post borne out of extreme frustration with some negative posting. Who knows? (Who knows ANYTHING on this share!)
