Let's go through it one more time.

An exclusive agreement was made some two years ago concerning the TMT deal. Six months later the exclusivity was terminated and the field reopened to other shortlisted parties. At the AGM it was revealed that the original party were no longer interested in the product.

I would assume the original party to be the big pharma who is in your opinion "sitting in the wings"

Looks like The Pimp and your good self are grasping at the same straws. As a holder I would be overjoyed it proved to be so.

One day we may be told the whole story, but don't bank on it.
