The RSI is a good tool in this case as we are dealing with an SP that is purely driven by sentiment. Until the company makes money and has a set of fundamentals to discuss what else are you going to look at.
I have been saying this for ages ! LOL
Once the SP gets trashed and the RSI is at a low point then some rumour comes along and everyone gets interested again and its talked back up again. This has been going on for literally years now and I am sure some canny investors have made an absolute fortune out of trading PRM.
I dont feel that this scenario can carry on much longer though.
Some cards are going to be put on the table soon.
Trouble here is you have a higher low but then a lower high...... That makes it a gamble IMO
