Having had a look at the Dec 2005 annual report it becomes painfully obvious that PRM must be out of cash.
As of Dec 2005 PRM had £2,587,155 in cash. the company had a loan facility for up to £2 million from C.D.J. Pearce. that gives Proteome approx £4.6 million in cash.
Cash outflow in 2004 was £4,908,985.
So assuming the same cash outflow for 2006 we should be aprox £300,000 in the red.
Given the above, there is a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt as to the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
