Allianz sees 2006 opg 8.359 bln eur, 2007 at 9.239 bln, 2008 at 10.362 UPDATE

MUNICH (AFX) - Allianz AG said preliminary plans for 2006-2008 foresee
operating profit of 8.359 bln eur in 2006, 9.239 bln in 2007 and 10.362 bln in
2008.
In its report on the merger with Riunione Adriatica di Sicurta, Allianz said
that after the merger, Allianz's net profit is forecast at 4.919 bln eur for
2006, 5.366 bln for 2007 and 5.911 bln for 2008.
The merger report also showed Allianz plans an annual 10 pct increase in
dividends in 2006-2008.
It said the net profits of its banking division are expected to be at 773
mln eur in 2006, 882 mln in 2007 and 1.027 bln in 2008, while the operating
profit is planned at 1.253 bln in 2006, 1.434 bln in 2007 and 1.670 bln in 2008.
For 2005, the banking division is expected to post a net profit of 987 mln
eur and an operating profit of 1.422 bln.
Its banking unit Dresdner Bank AG's net profit is forecast at 750 mln eur in
2006, 850 mln in 2007 and 980 mln in 2008, while the operating profit is
targeted at 1.205 bln in 2006, 1.368 bln in 2007 and 1.574 bln in 2008.
For 2005, Dresdner Bank's net profit is forecast at 968 mln eur and
operating profit at 1.378 bln.
