("London Asia" or "the Company")

Director Shareholding

Temima Investments Ltd ("TIL"), a company where London Asia director Simon
Littlewood is a director and shareholder, and London Asia director Victor Ng is
a director of its parent, has today exercised 50,000 warrants, exercisable at
100p per share and convertible into one million Ordinary Shares, for net
proceeds to the Company of #50,000. TIL sold all of the one million shares to
Elemental Investments Ltd ("EIL"), a company associated with Simon Littlewood,
at a price of 17p a share.

The warrants were originally issued in 2003, attached to Convertible Loan Notes.
Following the exercise of the warrants, TIL no longer has any warrants in the
Company, and there are 144,250 warrants outstanding.

Application will be made to admit the 1,000,000 new ordinary shares to trading
on AIM and admission is expected on 10 January 2007.

Following the exercise of warrants, the Company has 227,621,922 Ordinary Shares
in issue, with the following Ordinary shareholdings associated to Simon
Littlewood:
