SHAREHOLDER DISCLOSURE



Europasia Education Plc ("the Company") has today been notified that London Asia
Capital plc ("London Asia") and its subsidiaries have acquired the following
ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company:



* 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 5.65p per share on 20 December 2005

* 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 5.65p a share and 100,000 Ordinary shares
at 5.50p a share on 21 December 2005



London Asia's holding prior to this acquisition was 2.28 million shares, equal
to 5.0% of the issued share capital of the Company. Following these
acquisitions, London Asia holds 2.78 million shares, equal to 6.1%.
