That is utter crap IMO Currypasty. The last thing you need/should want is all the holders getting together and clapping each other on the back and saying 'Well done. Brilliant choice.' That kind of behaviour makes you more and more blind to the risks and gives potentially misplaced confidence. As to the motives, well in my case I have none other than to offer my opinion which I will always do if I see a piece of blatant ramping like the one at the start of this thread. There are reasons to invest in PRE, but they are NOT it's price being 1/3 of a totally fictitious NAV.
