African Eagle: News & Discussion
DynamicMotion - Thu, 22 Dec 05 :
Thanks wassapper, an excellent post as always. Good luck with your timing to get back in.
Company RNS quotes which go some way to endorsing your points...
1. Mkushi 23/11/2005
"The Company has begun a programme of definition drilling to quantify the resource to current industry standards (JORC), together with exploration drilling to test promising geophysical anomalies in previously unexplored parts of the prospecting licence."
2. Miyabi 19/12/2005
"2006 will see an expanded drilling programme aimed at defining additional mineralised zones"
3. Eagle Eye 19/12/2005
"Further geological, geochemical and geophysical surveying will be carried out over the newly defined anomalous zones in early 2006 to define targets for future drilling"
At EE, I know we're all waiting for a monster intersection to be found; how long it'll take is anyone's guess. But I'm convinced that if there's an "Olympic Dam" deposit in the licence area, Eagle have the team to find it. All the indicators are there that it could host a world-class IOCG. Patience and time required. Miyabi and Mkushi are probably more likely to present short term value. One of these two will attract a partner H1.2006 imbo.
tintin, I think (and hope) you'll be wrong about the sp over the next couple of months. I suppose we'll have to wait and see. I wouldn't bet against some positive news early 2006 to give us a timely boost prior to any fund raising.
