EER AS is not to be confused with EER. AFR has 100% of EER AS which in turn has a 49% interest in DEER.

The two seem unconnected so I don't think the story is relevant unfortunately, I could be wrong though, the whole EER/EER AS thing can get bloody confusing when holding 12 or more oil stocks lol.
The second article is very relevant though and I like the part that if the Okoro-Setu is positive that Afren would get higher leverage into the onshore portfolio of some of the majors. Possibly some more farm-in deals of great interest still to come before be drill La Noumbi next year. Good to see more deals possibly in the pipeline anyway.
