What an excellent chance for AFN to take the bull by the horns and introduce the first identity controlled BB's. I know you can't cut out all of what goes on, but it could be written into the conditions that whomsoever supplies false information when applying for registration would not be covered by the client protection aspect of the company. Surely the only objection to that, and the only one's it would be likely to effect, would be undesirables anyway.
That together with a fee for registering, which would be renewable each year and prevent address data becoming 'out of date', should provide a nice monetry platform for the company.
