ADVFN have unilaterally declared freedom of speech is about to end

I have been approached by ADVFN and told I must not post any further comments on Oxford Biomedica OXB. They do not think my posts are abusive or misleading in any way but clearly some of the contributors do not like the fact that I may consider going short on them.

The latest thread was started by FSA and The Prophet.

I started my own thread a day or so ago after running into a considerable amount of flak and had not intended to post on the other threads. Initially I was given to understand, by ADVFN, it was because of posts I made today although this is my first post of the day and maybe my last.

I am unable to give an undertaking not to post negative comments on OXB and feel this is very very wrong for moderators/proprietors to try and influence contributors by threatening to ban them if they do.

I am still hoping that common sense will prevail and this is just a misunderstanding after a hectic week.
