I wouldn't have thought there was any problem borrowing money given the strong asset backing. I certainly hope they won't be considering a rights issue at the current low shareprice. It would have to be highly dilutive.

In the last accounts I noticed there was over £8M of property assets. Perhaps the rationalisation program will make some of them available for sale.

Quite good volume yesterday suggesting that buyers are coming in at these levels. I picked up some more myself yesterday as I dont think these low prices will last long. This company is practically being given away at the moment.

What a pity this well informed and interesting thread seems to have picked up a couple of idiots with nothing useful to say.
