My personal guideline has always been NAV
Currently the Net Assets of the company (less goodwill of 3 million) is 25 million...the same as the current market cap.However debt with AFC is a big problem and I do feel that it will need to be addressed via a rights issue before the company can really make progres.
Still holding...might as well now.
