Thanks for that aldington - It's certainly company linked after company, and your post above confirming that a Company that Ken Brooks is a director, namely Oxford Capital Group plc, is indeed a shareholder of Oxford Capital plc - and not to say his connections with the other companies named - certainly flies in the face of what he apparently told Mirandaj. I haven't myself looked into the specific shareholdings.

I established Ken Brooks association with Oxford Capital Plc is via Battlebridge Secrataries ltd > Battlebridge Group ltd or Ricewood Ltd > Oxford corporate services > Oxford Commercial Services where Ken brooks is the only director! Phew doesn't smoke and mirrors seem to be quite appropriate? lol
