Oxford Capital Plc was called Twins Holdings Plc until 24/07/2002. It then mysteriously became 21st Century Dining Plc and then on the 16/6/2003, 21st Century Remote Technology Group Plc. Ken Brooks (“Brooks”) is most certainly a shareholder in the Company through a
number of entities:
(a) Oxford Capital Group Plc (13.7%) - see below;
(b) Littlemore Nominees Limited (0.3%);
(c) Livingston-Raper (9.5%) – Brooks’ P.A; and
(d) Oxford Business Solutions (1.9%).
All the other shareholders have a serious inter-relationship with Brooks in many ways.
