Quite agree. My understanding - based on what he posted on one of these threads - is that he is taking ation against KB and that if the latter has indeed given a shareholder - and again I have no knowledge of that other than what has been posted here - false information that might at least be relevant background to any action he may take.
Like many others, I have long expressed my unease - even in my shareholding days - here and, before my posts were removed for so doing by dear old MW, on his thread - about the apparently incestuous nature of many of the deals involving TDM. They have often seemed to me to be better suited to a private rather than a public company and which, again it often seemed to me, were designed to benefit individual office holders rather than the wider shareholder base.
I personally agree with you that there is a case for the company to be investigated by the regulatory authorities, as much for the reputation of the market as anything.
