Stumped-up the princely sum of £1 for the pleasure... but I'm not sure I'm any the wiser. Don't we need to "SEE THE MORTGAGE CHARGE DOCUMENT FOR FULL DETAILS" to understand these? For example, the "Short Particulars" of the later mortgage seem to be already included in the "Short Particulars" of the earlier [and still outstanding] mortgage, which to a novice such as myself seems strange, but I admit to being hopelessly out of my depth.
I'm inclined to believe that there is nothing fishy here, but without an expert to pass judgement, who knows? Loans/mortgages are usually secured on something, after all, and an IP-company doesn't have much OTHER than its IP to offer.
