So for the experts out there, looking for reasoned arguments please. I see this "The disposal will enable the company to return to its original licensing and royalty model significantly reducing operating overheads and cash outflow." + this "The patent application case P-301 for the Blow Moulding technology held by 3DM has been successfully argued with the European Patent Office". If I understand this correctly, (forgetting history for a moment) we have, in essence, the basics of a venture company with significant debt. Could the downward trend be an attempt to lower the price to enable stock repurchases thereby reducing debt making it more attractive for new VC's / Angels? Thoughts please?
