hi Wendy - I didn't forget as such, I just supplied the info that jon was requesting regarding the Cornell facility and the price of 75p. Happy New Year btw.

jon - if 6,666,667 shares have been approved for the £5m facility, then does that not work out to 75p a share? It might sound simplistic, but it does imply that to me. If the terms are to be changed, would they need to reapprove this allotment, or could it come under the resolution that Wendy posted above? This I am not sure about. I also doubt very much that there will be a open rights issue jon. It's too expensive and time consuming!
